Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Market Director of Wealth within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. You will lead a team of Financial Advisors, drive talent strategies, and partner with branches to deliver comprehensive financial solutions for a diverse client base.

You will promote a customer-obsessed culture, leverage technology to meet client needs, and oversee risk and controls while navigating a large, complex organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Advisor management experience with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 66 and Series 9/10 registrations or equivalent.
• Proven ability to source and attract internal and external Advisor talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Identify opportunities to attract Advisors and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending for integrated solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet customer needs and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day operations and risk controls for a designated territory.
• Build a culture focused on client-centric service and excellence.
