Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Market Director of Wealth in Wealth Management. You will lead a team of Financial Advisors, drive recruitment and performance initiatives, and collaborate with partners across divisions to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

You will promote a customer-obsessed culture, leverage technology to enhance client experiences, and ensure rigorous risk management while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience with a track record of coaching high-performing Advisor teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) is required.
• FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) is required and must be obtained/retained within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent through networks.
• Strong investment services knowledge and market risk awareness.
• Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and risk management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors serving a broad client base.
• Attract and recruit Advisors; implement performance strategies.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending for holistic solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet client needs today and in the future.
• Manage day-to-day administrative and supervisory tasks for the territory.
• Create a culture of risk awareness and strong controls.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit with urgency and initiative.
