Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Market Director of Wealth in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management to lead a team of Financial Advisors, deliver exceptional client service, and drive growth across a broad client base.

You will recruit, coach, and develop Advisors, partner with Branch Management and Home Lending to provide holistic financial solutions, and leverage technology to enhance the client experience while advancing a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience and a track record of coaching high-performing Advisor teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent) required.
• FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required and must be obtained/retained within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent by building a broad network.
• Strong investment services/product knowledge and keen interest in financial markets.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and commitment to risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors to service a wide range of clients and drive growth.
• Attract and recruit Advisors; coach, develop and promote talent.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to offer integrated solutions.
• Leverage technology to enhance the client experience and uphold a diverse and inclusive culture.
• Manage day-to-day supervisory and operational tasks to meet strategic objectives for a territory.
• Establish and maintain a strong risk and controls environment to protect clients and the firm.
• Demonstrate proactive initiative and entrepreneurial drive in delivering results.
