Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Market Director of Wealth in Wealth Management to lead a team of financial advisors delivering exceptional client service.

You will build deep client relationships, promote a customer-obsessed culture, and drive solutions with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending partners. The role requires coaching, performance management, and a strong focus on risk controls to safeguard clients and the business.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of advisor management experience and a track record of developing high-performing advisor teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) is required.
• A valid and active FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) is required and must be obtained/retained within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit, source and attract advisor talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of financial advisors servicing a wide client base with diverse needs.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit advisors and ensure performance strategies are in place.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to offer integrated solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet current and future customer needs while upholding risk controls.
• Manage day-to-day supervision and operational aspects for a designated territory.
• Foster a culture of risk awareness and timely decision-making.
• Be proactive in identifying solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset.
