J.P. Morgan Chase seeks a Market Director of Wealth to lead a team of Financial Advisors and deliver a superior client experience across a broad wealth range. You will set a high bar for service, drive performance, and collaborate with partners to offer comprehensive investment solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, recruiting, and strategy execution in a fast-paced, client-focused environment within Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Advisor management experience with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel ~50% of the time.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required, plus Series 9/10 licenses or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit internal and external Advisor talent via networks.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and markets; high attention to risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an Advisor team servicing a broad client base with varying wealth levels.
• Identify recruiting and performance improvement opportunities; coach and promote Advisors.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to deliver integrated solutions.
• Leverage technology to meet evolving client needs while promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet strategic objectives for a defined territory.
• Establish a culture of risk awareness and strong control environments.
