Formación

• Minimum 5 years of Advisor management experience with a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Active FINRA Series 7, 66 required; Series 9/10 required within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a wide range of clients.
• Attract and recruit Advisors; coach, develop and promote talent.
• Partner with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide integrated solutions.
