Job summary

HDR is seeking a capable Business Class Lead (BCL) to help drive delivery excellence in water resource planning. You will mentor teams, promote knowledge transfer, and align initiatives with market drivers while collaborating with directors, leaders, and staff across HDR’s network.

The role emphasizes a proactive approach to growth, staff development, and quality outcomes. You will lead or support efforts in standards and tools, engage in pursuits, and work with marketing and clients to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture though project delivery excellence and staff coaching; QC lead and technical advisor for projects.
• Leading or supporting standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, and workflows to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning; align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruitment.
• Working with HDR teams including client-facing and marketing staff to pursue opportunities and share project approaches.
