Job summary

HDR invites a Business Class Lead to advance water resource planning and mentor staff while meeting federal planning standards. You will help promote a quality culture and drive growth within the Water Business Group.

The role requires leadership, strategic collaboration with market sector directors and staff, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture across multiple locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant field.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Good leadership and organizational skills; commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, and tools to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in tactical planning and recruitment of key positions in partnership with others.
• Collaborate with client-facing and marketing staff to develop qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
