HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to oversee water resource planning, mentorship, and growth across multiple markets. You will work with HDR peers and directors to ensure delivery excellence, staff development, and alignment with federal planning standards.

The role requires a strong track record leading multidisciplinary teams, and a proven ability to drive growth and successful project outcomes in a client-facing environment. HDR offers employee ownership and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional registration, license, or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; act as Quality Control lead and technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines; promote best practices, tooling, and workflows to enhance service quality.
• Engage in tactical planning with HDR teams; align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting for key positions.
• Collaborate with client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop, and share qualifications and project approaches; participate in pursuits.
