Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to partner with the Business Class Director and HDR peers for monitoring and improving technical competencies, staff development, and execution of water resource planning projects that meet federal standards. The role focuses on delivering quality, growth, and staff progression across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Serve as a Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
• Leading or supporting Business Class sponsored standards and guidelines (i.e., best practices) technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
