Job summary

HDR is actively seeking a Business Class Lead to drive water resource planning initiatives with a focus on quality delivery and staff development. You will work with the Business Class Director and HDR teams to advance competencies and project outcomes in federal planning contexts.

The role emphasizes mentoring, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to grow market presence and project delivery across HDR's Water Business Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as QC lead and technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in tactical planning and align HDR initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting activities.
• Collaborate with client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
