Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to oversee water resource planning with federal clients, promoting quality delivery and staff development. The role collaborates with HDR teams and clients to drive initiatives in line with market drivers and project goals.

The candidate will lead or support standards, mentor staff, and help recruit key positions, contributing to HDR's mission and growth across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting Business Class standards and guidelines to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
