Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to guide water resource planning projects and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple locations in the United States. The role drives delivery quality, staff development, and growth within the Water Business Group.

You will collaborate with market sector directors and area staff to align initiatives with client needs and industry trends, influencing recruiting and career progression while upholding HDR’s employee-owned culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Active participant of our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance quality.
• Engage in tactical planning and recruit key positions in partnership with others.
• Work with HDR staff to track qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
