HDR's Water Business Group is seeking a Business Class Lead to guide plan formulation and staff development across multiple markets. You will collaborate with market sector directors and HDR peers to drive growth, improve delivery, and ensure projects meet federal standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plan formulation for Federal clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to successful project outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines, technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with HDR staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
