HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in the Water Business Group to guide plan formulation for federal clients, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and drive growth across multiple HDR offices. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality water resource planning with a focus on staff development, technical excellence, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the field.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
