Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as a Quality Control lead and technical lead on specific projects.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; recruit key positions in partnership with others.
• Working with HDR client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as a lead or team member.
