Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to drive delivery quality and staff development within the Water Business Group. You will mentor teams and oversee plan formulation efforts to meet federal planning standards and drive market growth.

You will partner with market sector directors, regional directors, and cross-functional leaders to deliver projects and hire/train staff for career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, workflows to enhance quality.
