Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Serve as a Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
• Leading or supporting technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Engage with HDR teams to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs, including recruitment planning.
