Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to advance water resource planning initiatives. The role partners with the Business Class Director and HDR peers to promote quality culture, staff development, and successful project delivery across water resources.

The successful candidate will lead plan formulation for federal clients, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and help grow HDR's Water Business Group through strategic staffing and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Participating in tactical planning and recruitment planning in partnership with HDR teams.
• Working with client-facing and marketing staff to pursue opportunities and engage on pursuits.
