Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in our Water Business Group to mentor staff, drive delivery excellence, and advance water resource planning projects across multiple markets in the United States. You will lead technical initiatives, align with market drivers, and support recruitment and staff development to sustain growth and client satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, a relevant degree, and professional credentials, with strong communication and leadership

Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.

Responsibilities

Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching. Serve as a Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
Leading or supporting Business Class sponsored standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; manage recruiting actions.
Working with HDR client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as a lead or team member.
