Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in the Water Business Group to mentor teams, drive delivery excellence, and advance water resource planning that meets federal standards. You will collaborate with market sector directors and HDR peers to promote growth and high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with client-facing and marketing staff, and contributing to strategic initiatives while supporting staff recruitment and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills; active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Serve as a Quality Control lead and technical advisor for projects.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines for technical tools and workflows.
• Engage in tactical planning with HDR leadership and recruiting efforts.
