Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in the Water Business Group to drive delivery excellence, mentor staff, and promote a quality culture across projects. You will collaborate with market sector directors, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with client needs and growth strategies.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and employee development within a diverse technical service area, delivering value to communities and stakeholders through water resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture though project delivery excellence and staff coaching. Serve as a Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
• Leading or supporting Business Class sponsored standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement others within HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with others within HDR including client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
