Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards, guidelines, tools, checklists and workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engaging HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with HDR staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on specific pursuits as lead or team member.
