Job summary

HDR is a leading engineering company seeking a Business Class Lead to mentor teams, drive water resource projects, and advance delivery excellence within the Water Business Group. You will collaborate with the Business Class Director and HDR teams to promote growth and strong client outcomes.

The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams, strategic planning, and involvement in recruiting and market-driven initiatives to deliver value for federal and other clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture though project delivery excellence and staff coaching. Serve as a Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
• Leading or supporting Business Class sponsored standards and guidelines to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with others within HDR including client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
