HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to advance water-resource planning delivery, mentor staff, and drive growth. You will collaborate with market directors and HDR peers to align initiatives with client needs and industry trends.

The role emphasizes leading multidisciplinary teams, promoting knowledge transfer, and coordinating staffing strategies to ensure high-quality project outcomes and career progression for staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Serve as a Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques.
• Engage on planning, recruiting key positions, and aligning initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
