Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience in water resources or related field.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as a QC lead and technical advisor for projects.
• Leading or supporting standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; assist in recruiting key positions.
• Collaborating with HDR teams to track qualifications and project approaches; engage in pursuits as needed.
