Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned Business Class Lead to advance water resource planning initiatives within a broad team. You will mentor staff, lead plan formulation efforts for Federal clients, and collaborate across market sectors to deliver high-quality projects.

The role emphasizes quality delivery, staff development, and growth of the business class, with opportunities to guide strategy, leverage multidisciplinary teams, and support career progression in HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as Quality Control lead and technical lead for projects.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines to enhance service quality and efficiency; promote forward-thinking delivery.
• Participating in tactical planning; align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; assist in recruiting key positions.
• Working with HDR staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
