Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in the Water group to advance water resource planning projects from concept to delivery. You will mentor staff, promote quality culture, and collaborate with market sector leaders to drive growth and project success.

The role requires a vision for delivery, strong leadership, and experience leading multidisciplinary teams for federal clients, with a footprint across HDR's national offices. HDR offers employee ownership and a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 10 years experience
  • Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

  • Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
  • Lead or support Business Class sponsored standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques.
  • Participate in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
  • Work with others within HDR including client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
