• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• May require varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments with Sous Chef/Station Cook I to discuss business levels and changes.
• Start prep work for the day’s menu and assist Line Cooks across the shift.
• Set up work station with mis en place and break down stations at shift end.
• Maintain proper storage procedures and follow Health Department guidelines.
