Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager to lead water projects in the Southwest region. You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure high-quality delivery for clients.

The role offers a flexible work environment with some remote work and opportunities for growth. A bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years’ experience are required, with EIT→PE or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience with at least 1 year in project management or coordination.
• EIT required; PE preferred.
• PMI PMP or eligibility within 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver water projects on scope, cost, and schedule.
• Develop the approved scope, budget, and schedule on multiple projects.
• Coordinate internal staff, subconsultants, and clients with regulatory agencies.
• Support proposal pricing strategies, cost proposals, and risk reviews.
• Mentor and train future leaders and promote collaboration across geographies.
