Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience managing and/or coordinating projects.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) required; Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
• PMP or ability to achieve within 2 years of hire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead exceptional teams to deliver successful Water projects.
• Coordinate internal staff, subconsultants, and clients across multi-disciplinary scopes.
• Develop and manage scope, budget, and schedule on multiple projects.
• Support proposal pricing strategies and risk reviews to develop winning proposals.
• Mentor and train future leaders and promote cross-geography collaboration.
