Job summary

Stantec is seeking motivated Project Managers to lead water-related projects in the Southwest, including Denver and Reno. You will manage scope, budget, and schedules, coordinate internal staff and external subconsultants, and collaborate with clients, agencies, and partners to deliver high-impact solutions.

The role emphasizes mentorship, risk management, and quality across programs, with a flexible, hybrid work environment and opportunities for growth within a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver water project solutions for clients.
• Develop and manage scope, budget, and schedule across multiple projects.
• Coordinate resources, subconsultants, and vendors to meet objectives within time and budget.
• Support proposal pricing, cost estimates, and contract reviews.
• Mentor and develop future leaders while promoting collaboration across geographies.
