Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager for our Water team in the Southwest, with 5+ years of relevant experience. You will lead cross-functional teams across pursuit, planning, design and construction, coordinating internal staff and external partners to meet scope, budget and schedule.

Ideal candidates hold an Engineering in Training (EIT) certification, with PE and PMP preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in a science/engineering field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year managing projects.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) required; PE and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver water projects on scope, budget and schedule.
• Develop objectives, procedures and performance standards for proposals and designs.
• Identify resources and manage costs, schedule, and contract terms for successful delivery.
• Support proposal pricing, cost proposals, and risk reviews for winning bids.
• Mentor and train future leaders and promote cross-team collaboration.
