Job summary

Stantec is seeking motivated individuals to manage water projects in the Southwest region. The role focuses on leading teams through scope, budget, and schedule while collaborating with clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies.

The position benefits from Stantec’s flexible work environment and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in project coordination, and hold an EIT; PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 1 year of experience managing and/or coordinating projects.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) required; Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred; PMP or ability to achieve within 2 years of hire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful water projects for clients.
• Developing and managing scope, budget, and schedule on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinating with clients, staff, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
• Supporting proposal pricing strategies, cost proposal preparation, and risk reviews.
