Job summary

Stantec's Water Business Team is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead water-related projects. You will oversee cross-disciplinary teams, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and manage client expectations throughout pursuit, design, and construction phases.

Minimum 5 years' experience in project management for water systems and a Mechanical Engineering degree are preferred. This role is based in Houston with on-site work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water-related project delivery.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects as Project Manager or senior technical lead on water projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams on proposals, studies, design, and construction services.
• Develop client relationships for long-term partnerships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate process design, detailed design, specifications and construction documents.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and team responsibilities.
