Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water/Wastewater Sr. Project Manager to lead planning and engineering design of water and wastewater infrastructure. You will guide a team of design professionals, work across multiple disciplines, and collaborate with clients to develop opportunities and secure project wins.

The role requires a PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), a Bachelor's in Engineering, and 15+ years of PM experience in water/wastewater projects. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months is expected.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience in project management for water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams of engineers and technicians on water/wastewater projects.
• Mentor staff and build high-performing project teams.
• Drive business development, prepare proposals, and cultivate client relationships.
• Coordinate with multiple service lines to pursue opportunities and manage scope, budget and schedule.
• Oversee design and construction phases and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
