Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned competitive accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans to grow sales.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within customers, including plant or facility executives.
• Provide technical support to customers; identify and resolve challenges and escalate as required.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
• Actively sell Nalco Water innovations and technology to promote long-term relationships.
