Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts. You will apply a consultative approach to build relationships, execute system assurance programs, and deliver solutions that meet critical business needs.

Based in Nashville, TN, you’ll lead sales plans, collaborate with customers, and provide technical support to ensure optimal operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Technical sales or field sales experience required.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.
Immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

Generate and execute sales plans in existing customers and competitive accounts to meet profit goals.
Understand business needs and recommend improvements to grow sales.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders including plant/facility executives.
Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges; escalate when needed.
Analyze systems, interpret data, and write recommendations for optimal operations.
Promote Nalco Water innovations to maintain long-term customer relationships.
