Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to join its sales team in the Wilmington area. You will drive revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts using a consultative sales approach and strong account leadership.

Build relationships with existing customers by understanding their key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new Nalco Water technologies to current customers.

Qualifications

• Residence within commutable distance to New Castle, DE
• Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience
• Current and valid driver's license
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customers and competitive accounts to meet profit goals
• Work with customers to understand business needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including plant/facility executives
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges; escalate as needed
• Analyze data and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to expand long-term business with customers
