Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative in Columbus, OH to drive revenue growth by delivering system assurance programs and water-treatment solutions to existing accounts and select prospects.

You will build relationships with plant leaders, understand business needs, provide technical support, and promote Nalco Water innovations to secure long-term partnerships across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Technical sales or field sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
• Travel up to 25% overnight is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans for existing and competitive accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand business needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers.
• Provide technical support, identify challenges and resolve issues.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations for performance.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to foster long-term business relationships.
