Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue and deliver system assurance programs in targeted accounts. You will build relationships with current customers, provide technical support, and promote Nalco Water innovations.

Based in the Kansas City, MO area with 25% overnight travel, you will work with a dedicated technical service team and participate in industry-leading training programs. This role offers base salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Technical sales or field sales experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

Generate and execute sales plans in existing accounts and targets to meet profit goals.
Understand customer needs and propose improvement plans to grow sales.
Build strong relationships with plant/facility executives and other stakeholders.
Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges; escalate when needed.
Analyze system data and provide written recommendations for optimal operations.
Promote Nalco Water innovations to cultivate long-term business relationships.
