Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, seeks a Technical Sales Representative to join its industry leading sales team in the Richmond/Charlottesville, VA area. You’ll drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with existing customers, and introducing Nalco Water innovations to deliver value.

You will collaborate with plant executives and provide technical support, leveraging training programs and a clear career path within a growth-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Technical sales or field sales experience.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts to meet profit increase goals.
• Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend improvements to grow sales.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers, including plant or facility executives.
• Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
• Engage in system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations perform optimally.
• Actively sell Nalco Water innovations and technology to promote long-term business relationships.
