Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customers and competitive accounts to meet profit goals.
• Understand customer needs and propose improvements and innovations to grow sales.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders including plant/facility executives.
• Provide technical support, identify and resolve customer challenges, escalate as needed.
• Perform system analyses, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations to build long-term customer relationships.
