Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Texas Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• 7+ years of experience in drainage engineering.
• 2+ years of design oversight and training junior staff.
• Experience with TXDOT drainage design and TXDOT standards.
• Experience with Open Roads Designer and drainage modeling.
• Experience with HEC-RAS 1D/2D and stormwater design.
• Strong communication and leadership in a multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee completion of Schematic, PS&E, and complex H&H designs.
• Lead project teams with scope, schedule, and budget responsibility.
• Develop project plans and schedules; manage subconsultants.
• Coordinate client relations and deliver progress reports and invoices.
• Mentor junior staff and lead marketing and proposal activities.
• Guide technical resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.
