Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is a dynamic, employee‑owned engineering firm delivering water resources projects across Texas and Colorado. The Water Resources Project Manager leads planning, design and construction support, guiding multidisciplinary teams and building trusted client relationships.

You will mentor junior staff, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for drainage, floodplain, stormwater and related projects in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of water resources projects from planning through design and construction support.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide mentoring for junior staff and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
