Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of progressive water resources experience.
• TxDOT drainage design experience or DOT experience.
• Familiar with TxDOT Design Standards and Drainage Manual.
• Experience with Open Roads Designer and Open Roads Drainage.
• Experience with HEC-RAS 1D/2D and HEC-HMS software.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and staff development.
• Experience in operations, project delivery, finance, and client expectations.
• Business development, proposals, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead Water Resources staff, performance management, and career growth.
• Manage operations: workload planning, budgets, backlog, staffing forecasts.
• Support strategic growth for Water Resources across Texas and Colorado.
• Strengthen client relationships and support business development.
• Lead or support pursuit strategy, proposals, and client presentations.
• Provide senior technical leadership and quality oversight on drainage and water quality.
• Advise project managers on complex delivery, risk, and staffing decisions.
• Promote collaboration across offices and disciplines.
