Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Water Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit teams and drive strategic growth within HDR's Water Business Group. You will collaborate with business development leaders, project managers, and technical teams to position HDR to win work and elevate our brand in the marketplace.

This role focuses on pursuit execution, strategic initiatives, brand development, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Proven strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within Southern California as needed.
• Interface with clients and sub-consultants with diplomacy.
• Experience supporting pursuit planning and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit teams in developing proposal and interview materials that are clear and aligned with client priorities.
• Coordinate proposal logistics including schedules, compliance tracking, and final submittals.
• Monitor portals for opportunities and activity.
• Maintain project and pursuit data in HDR systems.
• Contribute to content marketing and branded materials for client engagements.
• Train and mentor junior staff on marketing and pursuit best practices.
