HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to help shape water resource planning, drive growth, and mentor staff across projects. You will align initiatives with market drivers, lead delivery strategy, and support staff progression within HDR's employee-owned culture.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while advancing federal client engagements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
