HDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for the Northern California Water Business Group. You will support pursuit teams, coordinate proposal development, and help manage client relationships and dashboards.

A strong writing background and proficiency in Office and Adobe CC are essential. You will work with marketing managers to craft client-focused materials, organize content, and ensure timely submissions for drinking water, wastewater, and water resources projects across Northern

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in marketing/communications or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive, client-focused proposal materials.
• Coordinate proposal development activities and final submission.
• Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
• Organize and file proposal materials for future reference and reuse.
• Support management of client relationship management and financial systems.
