Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, supervise crews, document moisture and drying goals, and manage equipment. Travel nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications include 12 months of basic water damage experience and familiarity with meters/IR cameras. The role emphasizes safety, timing, and professional conduct in BELFOR projects.

Qualifications

• 12 months of Water Damage Basic experience in BELFOR or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from Supervisor and direct teams
• Use appropriate PPE and guide job safety
• Review daily project requirements and report progress
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and maintenance
• Comply with BELFOR standards to protect property
• Communicate time worked and resources used clearly
• Attend required BELFOR operations and training courses
